True black plus off white, with a retro-look geometric print of shapes within diamonds, creating ever-larger diamonds. Smooth, sleek, bit-of-shine, drapey, classic soft silk, and the print is perfectly executed, simple and compelling. May be from around 1940's. These pieces are in beautiful condition from their former life as parts of a kimono. The print doesn't show much on the back; see photo. Japan.
